Properties are either near or directly adjacent to public land offering good chukar hunting, remoteness, and other great outdoor recreation.

Council Greens HOA, on the golf course in Council, has numerous building lots and a couple finished houses for sale, is close enough to chukar country, far enough off the main road but still close to a great little town, and to McCall and all the year-round recreation activities available. 31 acres on Brownlee Reservoir bordering BLM, $110K. There are a number of lots available in this section, near the south end of Brownlee reservoir. All of them border BLM land but this is the one I’d pick because it’s a bit bigger than the others. All of them lead to some of the best chukar hunting in Idaho and the Intermountain West.
